Let’s get you back
to your inbox.

When reporting a problem
Include your Chrome version, what you expected, what happened, and whether you were in the sidebar, popup, or full inbox. A public YouTube video or channel link helps diagnose a filtering issue. Do not send passwords, session credentials, API keys, or an unredacted data export.
Where are older videos?
Initial imports use YouTube's recent RSS feed, which contains up to 15 uploads. This is a source limit, not an inbox cap. Tuned retains videos received afterwards, including archived ones. A long delivery outage may leave a gap that the recent feed cannot recover.
Why did a video stay in my inbox?
When metadata or AI cannot confidently apply a rule, Tuned keeps the video in your inbox. Open its details to see the filtering decision, correct metadata, or retry. A short duration or a hashtag alone does not prove that a video is a YouTube Short.
Changing a rule
Open Subscriptions, choose your channel, edit the rules, then select Save & recheck existing videos. Tuned rechecks retained videos while preserving your manual Viewed, Later, and Archive choices. Use Follow rules again in a video's details to remove a manual destination.
Alerts and synchronization
Desktop alerts are optional. Enable them in settings and enable Desktop alert on the rules that should notify you. Chrome must be running for immediate desktop delivery; the backend still receives events while it is closed. Google sign-in connects devices using the same Tuned environment.
Leave or take a copy
Export your data or delete your account from Subscriptions → Settings & sync → Your data. Removing the extension alone does not delete your cloud account. See the privacy policy for retention details.
